The ground rules, in plain English.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

Raven Assistant helps you plan tasks and goals, get reminders, run Focus Mode sessions, and plan your day, with optional AI assistance. It is a productivity tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and its sleep and wellbeing features are not medical devices.

You own what you put into the app. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to run the features you use, including syncing your backup and sending relevant text to our AI providers when you use an AI feature, as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Don't break the law or use the app to harm others.
• Don't try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or other people's accounts.
• Don't use automated means to abuse the AI features or get around usage limits.

AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before acting on them. AI features are subject to usage limits, which may change, and may be temporarily unavailable.

Focus Mode uses device permissions you choose to grant. The commitment fee is entirely optional.

Raven Premium is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through Google Play. It raises your daily AI usage limit and unlocks five additional launcher themes. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms; you can cancel any time on the Google Play subscriptions page. Deleting your Raven Assistant account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel it there too.

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by following these steps. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We work to keep the app running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be shown here with a new date at the top.

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed tasks, reminders, or deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
