Open Raven Assistant and sign in

Go to your Account / Profile screen
- 3
Tap “Delete my account”
Read the confirmation, then confirm. You're signed out straight away.
Can't open the app?
Request it by email
Email us from the address on your account, or tell us which email or Google account it is, and we'll delete it manually, usually within a few days.
02What gets deleted
- Your account (email or Google identity, display name, phone number)
- Your synced backup of tasks, reminders, and goals
- Focus Mode session history and any M-PESA transaction records tied to it
- Your Premium subscription and one-time purchase records
- Registered push notification tokens for your devices
Tasks, reminders, and goals stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app. Deleting your account removes the server-side backup copy of that same data.
